I am considering a similar use of flor tiles–Both my office chair and my office desk are on wheels, so I’ve been looking for a rug to protect the hardwood in my home office. I’m between a flat-woven indoor/outdoor rug with a pad under, or flor tiles. How have your flor tiles held up? They are quite the investment, so I want to make sure it’s worth the splurge!
